Fenugreek leaves fried with garlic, chilis and potato. Ingredients:
1 pound fenugreek leaves |
1 small potato, diced |
3 cloves garlic, chopped |
2 red chili peppers |
1 salt to taste |
1 tbsp oil |
Directions:
1. Fry garlic in hot oil. 2. Add chilies, potato and fenugreek leaves. 3. Stir and season with salt. 4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat. 5. Serve when potatoes are done. |
