Great on a cold day Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth |
3 med. potatoes, cut into large pieces |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. black pepper |
1 med. onion, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat chicken broth and potatoes to boiling. Stirring occasionally. 2. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. 3. Remove from stove. DO NOT DRAIN. 4. Break potatoes into smaller pieces with fork. 5. Stir in milk, salt, pepper and onion. 6. Heat until hot over medium heat. Stirring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL! |
