Ingredients:
8 ounces dried red jalapeno chiles |
4 ounces piquin chiles |
4 garlic cloves |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon cloves |
1 cup white vinegar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Using a blender or pestle and mortar, combine all of the ingredients and blend well. The mixture should become like a paste. Once it is well mixed, place in a container and serve whenever you feel like having something spicy. 2. Serve with tortillas or marinate fish, meat, poultry, or any of your favorite foods. |
