Who would have thought it was so much work?? Yikes. Add One Cup Splenda, but in 1/88th of the batch, it doesn't really count. Silly analyzer!! Ingredients:
30 pounds tomatoes |
10 red peppers |
12 stalks celery |
100 g parsley |
1/2 cup salt |
Directions:
1. Wash and core tomatoes. 2. Cook Tomatoes. 3. Cook Veggies. 4. Put Tomatoes through food mill. 5. Put Veggies through the blender. 6. Mix together add salt and splenda and cook. 7. Will need to be seasoned with whatever you wish when using sauce. |
