I got this recipe from Marie a while back. They are so nice freshly made and dropped into your simmering soup. Also can be fried, or frozen. I also add a sauce to them. Yumm..nothing like homemade noodles! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 teaspoons salt |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients and make a well. Mix liquid and pour into dry ingredients. 2. mix together ( don't have to knead ) One floured surface roll out very thinly. 3. Put some flour on the top and roll up like a cigar. Cut on a diagonal. 4. Drop into boiling water, when the noodles rise to the surface they are done. |
