Taken from 'Rosemary Conley's Complete Hip and Thigh Diet' book - one of my favourite breakfasts Ingredients:
12 1/2 g oats |
12 1/2 g sultanas (or 1/2 banana) |
2 teaspoons wheat bran |
1 apple, grated (eating) |
150 ml milk (skimmed) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and add honey to taste if required. 2. Alternatiely, mix all ingredients (except banana) the night before and leave to soak in skimmed milk. |
