Great low-fat high protein dip Ingredients:
18 ounce of chickpeas |
1/2 cup tahini |
1/3 cup water |
2 tbsp water |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 tsp ground cumin |
1/2 tsp salt (sea) |
1/4 tsp fresh pepper (ground) |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. (Water is both 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp or 110 ml total) 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Remains fresh refrigerated for 6 days. |
