Thought it's a healthy alternative for icecream . Ingredients:
400 g lowfat evaporated milk |
1tsp vanilla essence |
2 egg yolks |
2 tbsps sugar |
1 tbsp cornflour |
2 tbsp butter |
6 csshew nuts |
12 raisins |
6 seedless grapes , slit into 2 |
2 tbsp cubed mango |
2 tbsp diced apple |
2 tbsp orange pcs |
1 banana sliced |
Directions:
1. Simmer milk and essence until it starts to bubble on the sides . 2. Beat the egg , sugar and cornfour . 3. Slowly add the milk , continue to beat . 4. Return to fire . 5. Once starts to thicken , remove from fire . 6. Add the butter and the fruits . 7. Cool it . 8. Refrigerate until served . |
