Pam got this recipe from a friend of hers at work. Ingredients:
1 cup of white karo syrup |
1 box of light brown sugar |
2 sticks of real butter |
1 teaspoon of vanilla |
1 teaspoon of baking soda |
1 cup of spanish peanuts |
4 quarts of popped corn |
Directions:
1. Bring the Karo syrup, light brown sugar and butter to a rolling boil. 2. Remove from heat and add the vanilla, baking soda and the peanuts. 3. Mix well with the popped corn in a large pot or pan. 4. Place into a preheated oven at 250 Deg. F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. 5. Allow to cool and enjoy. |
