Fried potatoes sure to delight your tastebuds. A quick and simple yet tasty dinner or a perfect side dish. Ingredients:
1 lb potato, cut in slices |
1/4 cup canola oil |
salt |
pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut in slices. 2. Rinse potatoes and set aside. 3. Heat skillet and add enough oil to coat bottom of skillet. 4. Add potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. 5. Halfway through flip potatoes and add more salt, pepper, and paprika. 6. Cook covered for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. 7. Enjoy! |
