Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/3 cup bacon drippings |
Directions:
1. Press potatoes between paper towels; sprinkle with seasonings. 2. Heat drippings in heavy skillet; add potatoes. 3. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. 4. Remove cover and fry over medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning to brown evenly. |
