My families favorite potatoes! Good with any kind of breakfast. Ingredients:
10 baby new potatoes, quartered |
2 tablespoons margarine |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 teaspoon dry parsley |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in saute pan. 2. Add potatoes and toss quickly to coat, salt and pepper and add parsley, toss to coat again. 3. Fry on medium to medium-high heat until potatoes are browned, crisp and done all the way through. 4. Serve hot |
