This was the pizza crust I learned in my Home Ec. La Vista Jr. High Class 1976. Quick and easy. A bit thicker crust than I usually make but when you are short on time this works great.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup water, warm (110 degrees)
1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups bisquick
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. To use - preheat oven to 425 degrees.
3. Spread onto a baking sheet or divide in half and use on 2 round pizza pans.
4. Top with your favorite sauce, cheeses and toppings.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes.
