This is a granola type bar and we try to use all natural ingredients.
Ingredients:
3c usda organic granola cereal
2c uncle sam whole wheat and flax seed cereal
3/4c dark maple syrup
4t all natural sugar
2t salted butter
1t vanilla
dash of cinimmon
dash of sea salt
2c dried fruit or berries
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a medium size bowl until well mixed then pour in a greased flat pan or you can try a muffin pan. Compress the mixed ingredients tightly in the pan and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Remove and cool then cut it into bars or break it like brittle.
