Yummy Snack or Appitizer! This recipe has been passed on throughout my family for a long time! Ingredients:
2-4 fresh tomatoes |
1 tbs basil |
1 tbs garlic cloves (or garlic powder) |
1 tbs oregeno |
1 tbs parsley |
2 c balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes and put into large or medium sized bowl. 2. Put all the ingredients in with the tomatoes and chill 45 minutes to an hour for best results. (can be eaten without chill) |
