A tasty salad which is well received on a hot day. Cooking time is actually time to allow to chill in refrigerator. Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) can tuna, packed in water,drained |
1 cucumber, sliced |
1 green pepper, sliced |
1 sweet red pepper, sliced |
1 cup sliced celery |
1 hard-boiled egg, diced |
3/4 cup green beans, cooked |
3 green onions, finely chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Let chill in refrigerator before serving. |
