This is a sweet easy and quick breakfast! Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup flour |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in the bottom of a pie plate. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 2. Mix the flour, milk, and eggs in a bowl until light. 3. Pour mixture into pie plate and sprinkle with cinnamon. 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to ten minutes-or until raised and puffy. |
