Hollandaise Sauce

This is a very tasty sauce I've used over chicken breasts and egg noodles.
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Put egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in blender jar.
2. Heat butter in small pan until bubbly.
3. Do not burn.
4. Cover blender and whirl at high speed for 2 or 3 seconds.
5. Remove center section of cover or entire cover and at high speed pour in hot butter in a thin, steady stream.
6. It will take about 30 seconds.
7. Pour over baked chicken breasts or egg noodles as a side dish.
