HOLLAND FRUITY BISCUIT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Victor Estate in Allen, Texas in 1981. Ingredients:
1 can fruit cocktail undrained |
1 cup granulated sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 can refrigerated biscuits |
8 tablespoons butter melted |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Bring fruit to a boil and pour in baking dish. 2. Combine flour and sugar then place evenly on top of fruit. 3. Place biscuits on top of fruit using a tablespoon of butter on top of each. 4. Spread evenly with sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. 5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. |
