This is my spin off of pecan salad from Montana's Ingredients:
cream cheese |
cranberries-canned whole berrie |
peacan pieces |
apple, tiny pieces |
green onion small dice |
flour tortilla, any kind |
Directions:
1. Spread room temp. cream cheese. Layer on 1/2-3/4 of tortilla, all ing. 2. Roll as tight as possible. Put in fridge for 1/2 hour. Slice into 1/2 pieces. Cook gets the end bits. Serve |
