Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) allspice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1-1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
3 eggs |
2 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1 can(s) pumpkin |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
3 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
1 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, spices, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in pecans. 2. Spoon into two ungreased and floured 8 x 4 x 2 in. baking pans. Bake at 350 for 65 to 75 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. 3.
