The best pumpkin bread I've ever made or eaten. Very moist, just the right amount of spice. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup veg. oil |
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin |
2/3 c. water |
3 cups flour |
2 1/2 c. sugar |
1 tsp. nutmeg |
1/2 tsp. salt |
2 tsp. baking soda |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Combine in mixer the eggs, oil, pumpkin and water; mix well 2. Sift all dry ingredients together, and add to the pumpkin mixture. 3. Pour into greased (sprayed) bread pans. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. 5. Use 2 regular size loaf pans or 3 smaller ones. 6. Great for gift giving! |
