Try this festive bark, featuring layers of semi-sweet and white chocolates topped with crushed candy canes and chopped OREO cookies. Wrap it in cellophane bags tied with colorful ribbons for an extra-special touch. Ingredients:
8 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted |
9 ounces white chocolate, melted |
12 winter oreo cookies, roughly chopped |
3 candy canes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Cover large baking sheet with foil. Spread semi-sweet chocolate in a thin layer onto pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes. 2. Spread white chocolate in a thin layer over semi-sweet chocolate. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. 3. Break into pieces or cut with cookie cutters to make Holiday OREO Bark Christmas Trees (see Tip). Store in tightly covered container. |
