Everyone knows how to make mashed potatoes. This is just a little twist to spice up your ordinary mashed potatoes. Ridiculously easy, this recipe will make everyone ask for seconds! Ingredients:
potatoes |
sour cream (the normal 2c container) |
cream cheese (normal sized block of it) |
milk (varies...just to loosen potatoes) |
Directions:
1. Peel, cook and drain potatoes just as you would for traditional mashed potatoes. 2. Mash potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese and milk to loosen the mix. 3. Place in a greased pyrex-type dish. 4. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees or until top is crusty. 5. Serve and enjoy! |
