Holiday Low Carb Chocolate Covered Nuts

Ingredients:
1 square chocolate, unsweetened
2 tbs. peanut butter, chunky
1 c. splenda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. walnuts or nuts of your choice
1 tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
1. Place walnuts onto a 9 square dish.
2. Melt chocolate and peanut butter in a
3. microsafe bowl (i.e., 2-cup measure Pyrex)
4. Remove from heat and add Splenda, vanilla and cream, if needed to thin the chocolate.
5. Place chocolate over nuts and toss. Cool in fridge for about 15 minutes.
