I have made this and given it out for gifts during the holidays. We eat this with cream cheese on crackers.....yummy. This smells very good while boiling.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cranberry-raspberry juice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
1/2 cup rose wine
1 (3 ounce) package liquid fruit pectin
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, juice, cinnamon and cloves; bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
2. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat; stir in wine and pectin.
4. Skim off foam.
5. Ladle into jelly jars or moisture-vaporproof freezer containers.
6. Cool slightly.
7. Cover with tight fitting lids.
