Ingredients:
1 cup(s) shortening
3 cup(s) flour
1 cup(s) butter
1 cup(s) eggnog
3 cup(s) sugar
1-1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla
6 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat overn to 325 degrees. Cream butter and shortening together. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addtiion.
2. Using a spoon, add flour to creamed mixture alternately with flour. Stir in vanilla; beat well, Pour batter into well-greased Bundt pan. Bake for 90 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Glaze or drizzle with icing if desired.
