Source of Recipe Mission Tortillas Holiday time: Use cookie cutters to cut tortillas into shapes Otherwise I cut each tortilla into 4 strips Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
6 soft taco-size flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Lay the tortillas slightly apart on non-stick baking sheets. (or cut into shapes). 2. Mix sugar and cinnamon brush tortillas with butter. Sprinkle on sugar mixture. 3. Bake on 350 degree oven until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minute. 4. Transfer crisps to cooling rack. Serve warm. |
