Perfect for the holidays! From Chatelaine. Ingredients:
1/2 cup white rum |
ginger |
2 cups cranberry juice |
Directions:
1. Pour white rum into pitcher. 2. Add a thin slice of peeled ginger. Using handle of a wooden spoon, crush ginger to release juices. 3. Stir in 2 cups cold cranberry juice. 4. Serve in martini glasses. |
