Holiday Crab Spread

I usually make my crab spread with horseradish, but my son is NOT a fan. This one is much more mild in flavor. Recipe is from Love My Philly. Cooking time listed is chill time.
Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons dry sherry
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
1. BEAT cream cheese and sherry in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add shredded cheese, crabmeat, red peppers, parsley and black pepper; mix well.
2. PRESS cream cheese mixture firmly into plastic wrap-lined 3-cup mold or bowl; cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.
3. UNMOLD crab spread onto serving plate. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese; press into crab spread to secure. Serve with the crackers.
