Beautiful presentation. Torta made with cream cheese, Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, served with crackers. Colorful. Festive. Ingredients:
two 8-ounce packages light cream cheese |
one package hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix (milk recipe) |
one 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley |
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped |
Directions:
1. Cream the cheese and salad dressing mix together 2. In a separate bowl, stir together artichokes, peppers, parsley 3. In a 3 cup bowl lined with plastic wrap, alternate layers of cheese and vegetable mixtures-beginning and ending with a cheese layer 4. Chill 4 hours or overnight 5. Invert on plate; remove plastic wrap 6. Serve with crackers of your choice 7. NOTE: Nice presentation on a plate lined with green curly lettuce 8. Top with parsley and roasted peppers |
