This is your one holiday salad you see at Christmas. It is so easy and delicious! Ingredients:
3 (13 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained |
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries |
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup yogurt |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts |
1/2 minced bell pepper |
2 sliced green onions |
1 teaspoon paprika |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, shred the drained chicken. 2. Add and mix the mayo or yogurt, paprika, cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onions and nuts. 3. Add pepper to taste. 4. Serve as a sandwich or with crackers. |
