Recipe from a Holiday Cookies book - delicious little bites of cheesecake heaven! Decorate them with sprinkles or colored decorating gels. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
3 tablespoons sugar |
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix crumbs, butter, and 3 Tbs sugar; press firmly onto bottom of a foil-lined 13x9 baking pan.
2. Beat cream cheese, 3/4 c sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
3. Bake 30 min or until center is almost set. Cool. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 32 bars. Decorate to look like presents . Store in refrigerator.
