I have also seen this in one of my cookbooks. I am putting it here for safe keeping. **cook time = freeze time Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (2 1/2 ounce) package sliced smoked beef, chopped |
3 green onions, finely chopped |
1 dash hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, beef, onions and pepper sauce with hands or an electric mixer. 2. Shape into a ball. 3. Chill at least 1 hour before serving with crackers. |
