A deliciously flavorful holiday cheeseball recipe that sure to please! Ingredients:
6 ounces fat free cream cheese |
8 ounces 2% cheddar cheese |
1 small onion, diced |
1/2 red bell pepper, diced |
1 (2 ounce) bottle chopped pimiento |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
1 (8 ounce) bag pecans, finely crushed |
Directions:
1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Put cream cheese and remaining ingredients into large bowl. Grate cheddar cheese and put into bowl. Mix all ingredients well. Form into ball. Roll cheeseball in chopped pecans, then wrap ball and refrigerate at least overnight. service with low sodium or low carb crackers. |
