Dressed to impress with festive red and green vegetables, these Christmas appetizers are so easy to make, kids can help assemble them for your winter guests. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package flour tortillas, fat free |
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup green olives, chopped |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup mayonnaise (or miracle whip) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Let tortillas stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. 2. Mix together all ingredients, except for the tortillas. Spread cream cheese 3. mixture evenly over all the totillas. 4. Tightly roll up flour tortillas. 5. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. 6. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. 7. Cut in 3/4'' diagonal slices. 8. Serve with slasa. |
