This is a vegetable dish with white wine and mushrooms and no green beans... Ingredients:
mushrooms |
garlic |
parsley |
white wine |
ricotta cheese |
geen onions |
white onions |
black pepper |
parmesean cheese |
sour cream |
olive oil |
courtons (just, if possilble) or garlic ones or pumpernickel... |
Directions:
1. Saute the mushrooms ..your favorite, of course and don't be afraid to use any and all tpyes..put them in a fry pan with olive oil and add white wine...then chop up the garlic with white onions and take a pepper grinder and over the fry pan give it some spice..pepper...let that cook....then put the mushroom mixutre into a baking pan and dot with ricotta cheese on the corners and in the middle....drizzle lightly with olive oil and add fresh parsley...then put some fresh parmesean cheese over the top of the casserole and crushed up croutons already made with lots of garlic and butter e tc.... 2. put in the oven for about 35 minutes and top with sour cream....serve this with whatever main dish you are having....absolutely scrumptuous by itself.... 3. and no green beans here... |
