My recipe ( Healthier ) Ingredients:
200 g yellow flat noodles |
4 prawns, shells removed and deveined |
2 squid, sliced |
1 chopped garlic |
1 cai xin, cut into section |
2 chopped button mushrooms |
1 cup stock |
1 cup cornstarch, mixture |
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce |
Directions:
1. • Stir-fried the prawns, squids , chopped button mushrooms and cai xin with garlic. 2. • Set aside. 3. • In a pot, cook the noodle with enough stock to cover it. 4. • When the noodle is cooked, add in the seasonings, prawns, squids, fish cakes and cai xin. 5. • Let it cook for 1/2 minute then slowly stir-in the corn-starch mixture to thicken the sauce. 6. • Serve. |
