Ingredients:
1/3 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (see tip)
1 scallion, minced
Directions:
1. Shake all in a jar to combine.
2. Tip: To toast sesame seeds, place in a small dry skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 2 to 4 minutes.
