i always get compliments when i serve this. make it with fried rice or lo mein Ingredients:
1/4 cup hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 cloves chopped garlic |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
salt and pepper |
2 lbs pork tenderloin |
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl. 2. Place tenderloin in shallow bowl, pour in the marinade. 3. Refrigerate 4 hrs (or overnite). 4. Preheat oven to 425. 5. Roast 15 minutes per side. |
