Hoisin-glazed shrimp skewers

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
1 cucumber; sliced
1/4 cup(s) hoisin sauce
pepper
2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
salt
2 scallions; sliced
sesame seeds
1 pound(s) shrimp; peeled, deveined
Directions:
1. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, then wrap the skewer ends with foil. oil, basting with hoisin sauce, until opaque, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
2. Toss cucumber with scallions, rice vinegar, and canola oil; season with salt and pepper. Serve with shrimp.
