These wings can be marinated up to 48 hours Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup hoisin sauce |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
4 garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons ginger, minced |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine in the ingredients for the marinate in a zip lock bag. Add the chicken and marinate up to 48 hours. 2. Preheat grill. 3. Grill wings fo 25 minutes or until cooked. |
