Hoisin Beef And Scallion Appetizers

this is a nice very easy beef appetizer recipe...the prep time does not take into account the marinating overnight...I got this recipe is a Certified Angus Beef recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound certified angus beef ® flank steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup chopped fresh ginger
ground black pepper
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 bunch scallions, cut into 2-inch julienne, white and pale green parts only
scallions for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper in a zipper-locking bag. Marinate beef overnight.
2. Pat meat dry and broil until rare, about 6 minutes per side.
3. Let cool completely and slice across the grain into 1/4-inch thick strips.
4. Brush each slice with hoisin sauce on each strip.
5. Put a small bundle of julienne scallions at one end and roll up, place on tray seam side down, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
