Perfect with Vietnamese and Thai food, especially rice paper and spring rolls. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons caster sugar |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
60 ml water |
60 ml hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon crushed roasted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, water and vinegar in a small saucepan. 2. Stir over a medium heat until sugar disolves. 3. Stir in peanuts and hoisin sauce. |
