Ingredients:
2 teaspoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
60 ml water
60 ml hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon crushed roasted peanuts
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, water and vinegar in a small saucepan.
2. Stir over a medium heat until sugar disolves.
3. Stir in peanuts and hoisin sauce.
