I asked my friend Hoda what this dish is called and she told me in Persian. I said, what does that mean? Cucumbers and Yogurt. Well, okay. Ingredients:
32 ounces plain yogurt |
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced (about .5 cm size) |
1 -2 tablespoon dried dill |
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine all and chill while the dill softens up and flavors the dish. |
