A wonderful warm soup to have on a crisp fall evening. Great with cornbread muffins. Ingredients:
hobo beans |
• 2 tsp.oleo |
• 1 lb ground beef |
• 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix |
• 1/2 cup water |
• 1 cup catsup |
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar |
• 2 tsp. mustard |
• 2 tsp. vinegar |
• 1 (16-oz.) can butter beans (drained) |
• 2 (16-oz.) cans pork & beans |
• 1 (16-oz.) can kidney beans |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in oleo 2. Mix all other ingredients together and bake at 400º for 30 minutes. 3. I put in some bacon too. |
