Simple and easy trifle, that tastes oh so very good. It's best if you refrigerate it for a bit before serving so the Skor bits can meld into the whipped topping. Ingredients:
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding (and milk to make the pudding) |
1 large tub of cool whip |
1 box devils food cake mix (and necessary ingredients to make the cake) |
1 package skor english toffee bits |
Directions:
1. Bake cake in a 9x13 pan according to directions and let cool. 2. Make pudding according to pie directions. 3. Cut cake into small square pieces. 4. In a very large bowl, fill bottom of bowl with about 1/2 of the cake pieces. 5. Layer 1/2 of the pudding, 1/2 of the Cool Whip, and 1/2 of the SKOR bits. 6. Add more cake and repeat the layers. 7. Refrigerate before serving. |
