This can be breakfast or brunch, Ingredients:
2 cans. rotel med or hot |
2 cans. cream of mushroom |
1 8oz. sour cream |
2 cs. shredded cheese |
1/4 c. melted butter |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 can. french's french fried onions for topping. |
1 lb. jimmy dean sausage hot |
1 bag. of shredded hashbrowns |
Directions:
1. Fry up sausage, set aside, 2. mix together, except for topping. 3. preheat over 350*F bake for 1 hour. 4. take out and add onion topping, 5. bake another 5 mins. |
