                    This delicious vegan bean soup is my creation from what I learned at the Hippocrates Health Institute. It has no sugar, nor salt. And it can be spicy if you like that. On a cold winter day it is great with avocado and scallions. It's very simple to make. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb organic kidney bean  |  
                                                5 cups filtered water  |  
                                                2 tablespoons braggs aminos  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon cayenne  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon garlic  |  
                                                1 organic avocado  |  
                                                1 cup scallion  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. sprout organic kidney beans by soaking overnight. 2. add in all ingredients. 3. cook for 30 - 45 minutes. 4. cut avocado in chunks. 5. dice scallions. 6. serve soup. 7. add avocados and scallions.                              |
