I got these from a chat board and I copied the recipe. So glad I did soooo yummy!!! Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cups white sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 eggs |
1 c whole wheat flour |
1 c white flour |
1 tsp each baking powder and soda |
1 cup coconut |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup rice krispies |
1 cup raisins ( or any small bite dried fruit) |
1 cup chocolate chips |
3/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1/3 cup wheat germ |
1/3 cup chopped nuts |
oven 350 degrees |
Directions:
1. In large bowl mix / beat butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs 2. Add flours, baking powder and balng soda in another bowl and blend well. 3. add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Give a little stir 4. Add all remaining ingredients making sure it is nice and bended 5. Roll into balls, flatten with a fork and bake 10 minutes. 6. depending on size can make up to 5 dozen |
